Depending upon your broker or custodian, you may be able to vote either by the Internet or by toll-free telephone; or
By Mail:
Mark, sign, date, and return the enclosed COLOR proxy card in the accompanying prepaid reply envelope.
Browning West is soliciting GOLD PROXIES and recommending that shareholders vote FOR the election of each of its nominees to the Board of Gildan at the Annual Meeting to be held on May 28, 2024.
Browning West mailed a GOLD form of proxy or voting instruction form (“VIF”) to shareholders of record as of April 23, 2024. To ensure your vote is counted at the meeting, you should carefully follow the voting instructions set out in the GOLD form of proxy or VIF, as the case may be.
VOTE DEADLINE
Please ensure your GOLD form of proxy or VIF is received by the proxy voting deadline of May 23 at 5:00pm Eastern Time. If you have already voted using Management’s blue proxy or voting instruction form, you can change your vote by submitting a later-dated GOLD form of proxy or VIF by the proxy voting deadline. A later-dated GOLD form of proxy or VIF automatically revokes any and all previously submitted forms of proxy or voting instruction forms, including any votes that were submitted electronically.
